We talk about what you want and what you've got to spend, then look at your block - access, slope, soil and council zoning.
Design and quote
Choose a design or develop your own. You'll get a fixed quote that spells out what's included, so there are no surprises later.
Approvals
We handle the paperwork, whether your build goes through a DA or a CDC, along with the engineering and BASIX requirements.

Our own carpentry crews and trusted local trades build your home, and James keeps you updated through each stage.
Handover

How long does a new build take?
Most of our new homes take 10 to 14 months, depending on site access, weather and how long approvals take. We'll give you a realistic timeline before you sign.
Can I change one of your set designs?
Yes. Most clients make some changes - room sizes, layout, finishes. We'll show you what each change does to the price.
Do you handle approvals?
Yes. We manage the process from DA or CDC through to final inspection.
Do you build on rural blocks?
Yes. We build on acreage around Tamworth and across the North West, including rural sites with their own access, water and septic needs.
Can you knock down my old house and rebuild?
Yes. We handle the demolition (including non-friable asbestos removal where needed), site preparation and the new build, all under one team.
